I’ve been gaming since I could hold an Atari joystick. I married a gamer, raised gamer kids, my folks r gamers, my mammaw games until she died at 89…somewhere I lost my love for it because it became pay to play and ridiculous…crimson desert gave it back to me in such a huge way.

300+ hours and I finished it. But im in a new game again and I cant wait to go places i never did. Been playing since Atari, so many games unfinished in the last years, they are bloated, unrated money grabs. Crimson Desert is 100 games in 1, and even looking up things to play reminds me of the old days where you had to buy a guide! Love this game..

As 39 very few game brings back this feeling in the past 10 yrs, and its rather got worse gradually. But some game comes by once in a while and i breeze through it like im 12 again. Yet when i was 12 i was breezing through any game. I would be such a disappointment to my younger self if he knew i could buy any game finally he ever dreamed of yet i feel i just dont want to anymore.

I’m not crying, you are 😭 look… Skyrim has and will forever be my home but Crimson Desert has truly awaken something in me that I didn’t know I’d been missing 🥹 the literal days spent in words I craved to be apart of, as I kid - sometimes it was my only means of escape. I’m going through some pretty big changes in my life at the moment and this game has been my only means of solace and comfort… I couldnt even describe it until now 🫶🏼 thank you

I remember after rdr2 I was counting the hours for the games to finish, and I realiced the awful truth of that, so I trained myself to go back to the feeling. Crimson Desert is giving me that feeling back... So easy to just breath. I love your content men.
