Brown it, COVER it in onions, add a splash of water and simmer till tender. How many onions? YES. 😂 It’s encebollado, puñeta. 🥘 HABICHUELAS: Brown diced Spam, add sofrito, tomato sauce, sazón, adobo, garlic & oregano. Add pink beans + a little water/broth and simmer till thick. Measurements?? 😂 Baby, you’re watching the WRONG Puerto Rican. José shakes seasoning until his spirit whispers, “Papi… ya.” 🇵🇷 Throw it over white rice and guard your plate because somebody who “wasn’t hungry” is about to appear outta NOWHERE with a fork. 😭 Wepa!
