I work at night . So when I get off work I shower , I’m not showering again before I go to the gym . Why are yaw having to take one before and after ? lol that’s insane .

I tell ppl this and they think its crazy. Fresh sweat from clean skin smells fine, its that stale shii pushing through the days dirt and oils that quickly create funk
