@myendojourneyb: Endo or Adeno? 🤷🏻‍♀️💔 Honestly… I have absolutely no idea. 😭 I’m currently in a HUGE flare and I genuinely can’t figure out whether it’s my endometriosis, my adenomyosis, my bowels, or a lovely combination of all three. 🥲 I’m still relatively new to my adenomyosis diagnosis, so I’m still learning what an adenomyosis flare actually feels like for me. I know my endo symptoms pretty well, but adenomyosis is a whole new learning curve and I’m still completely clueless when it comes to telling the difference. The pain today has taken me right back to the kind of pain I experienced before surgery. The swelling, extreme pain, nausea and vomiting… it’s absolutely floored me. 💔 Sometimes having multiple conditions means you’re left wondering “which one is causing this?” and honestly, that can be just as frustrating as the flare itself.
