I dont think one piece has the BEST world building, but it is impressive that one piece is able to contend with media that taps onto multiple forms, while one piece’s cannon material mostly justs consisists of a manga and a few spinoffs

One peice is my favorite show oat. It has some of the best world building in fiction. But not better than lotr. Tolkien created languages, histories, religions… ect.
