If I’m being honest, it might be normal or it might be a small reaction to something. She looks super itchy, so it could just be her way of drying off and not ping being wet lol. OR she could be having a minor reaction to whatever you’re washing her off with, whether that be shampoo or just the water itself that’s making her itchy. It sounds mad but I know a horse allergic to sunlight lol. Regardless she’s your horse and you know her best
