@drmaryclaire: Perimenopause isn’t linear. It’s what I call the Zone of Chaos. As egg supply declines, the communication between the brain and ovaries becomes less predictable. Ovulation may be delayed, progesterone may not rise as it once did, and estrogen can fluctuate dramatically. For many women, these hormonal shifts can trigger confusing and overwhelming perimenopause symptoms. But you don’t have to navigate this chaos alone. ✨Download our free Menopause Empowerment Guide to find a menopause-educated clinician and get the support you deserve, at the link in bio. #perimenopause #menopause #womenshealth #hormonalhealth #midlifewomen
So my FSh was good, I also had an ultrasound for my ovaries. That was also good.. but somehow I couldn’t get pregnant. But husband was never checked.

This is not completely accurate. If you get enough iodine, selenium, magnesium, and the whole range of B vitamins? Your cycles will normalize and stay that way until you run out of eggs. Then you will go straight into menopause with no hot flashes or other symptoms.
