As someone who was a stay at home mom for about 17 years, I can attest to how much an additional $9k would have helped. We were constantly broke and never in the black. It was a struggle. But, this. This proposal by this government . This is horse shit. They would be stealing money set aside for people who really need the money - even more than we did - because they want to push their Handmaid’s Tale agenda of what a family should look like. I can’t overstate the danger this administration poses to anyone who’s life doesn’t fit their narrative.
