I have been on Lansaprozole for 23 years now 🙈 I have approached several GP’s who refused to help me come off them, the last GP I spoke with last year did agree to reduce the dose from 40mg yo 15 mg per day which has worked very well, & following this I decided to try and help myself a little by taking one capsule and them miss a day which has worked well & now I’m at the stage where I am taking a capsule and missing 2 days, the second day is proving more difficult at times so any advice I would be grateful…

So true I had really bad acid reflux was giv n meds and since I don’t like meds took them for short period n stopped did my own research and discovered its was less stomach acid I got rid of it doing my own natural remedies!
