Ticket will be withdrawn on appeal but I would raise a complaint against that ticket warden as it’s clearly a crash which is valid mitigating circumstances for parking tickets.

You can't commit a parking offence by choice if you've lost control — UK/Scottish law recognises compelling mitigating circumstances: if a vehicle is immobilised due to an accident, breakdown, or emergency beyond the driver's control, they cannot reasonably be expected to move it . The contravention isn't "deliberate" — it's involuntary.
