Last summer I suffered a silent major heart attack at 36yo with no symptoms- (widow maker) I nearly died, woke up in an induced coma after 4 days - 4 stents and a balloon later I’m still struggling to recover 💔💔🥹 look after yourselves! Drs always told me I’m fine and too young I was also at my fittest at the time 🥹

Guys… I suffer chronic health anxiety! My nana also did… her whole entire life she suffered badly. She died of old age in a nursing home. I dunno but reminding myself this helps get me through my panic attacks. 🤍

oh gosh the comments. women, anxiety is a symptom. there are many health conditions that can contribute to it. worth getting seratonin levels checked mtfhr vitamin levels. I had histamine issues and i had dizziness palpitations anxiety heaps of other symptoms had mtfhr depleted seratonin and B vitamins. I don't get anxiety anymore

What symptoms did you discuss with your dr to get one I have health anxiety around my heart terrified of having a H/A. I go the drs with racing heart and palps and I feel I just get brushed off

I've been suffering with heart palpitations for 12/13 years was told anxiety/stress, had loads of heart monitoring found nothing, until last Monday! heart racing went to a+e was told i have afib! you never know until it get caught on the monitor! xxx

I’ve had really bad palpitations for years, doctors just told me ring an ambulance so they can do an ecg 😂 how did you get one?😭😭

I’ve been waiting for one of these and an echo for 5 months now loll ever since I had to go to ER for a panic attack in highschool 3 yrs ago I’ve had bad heart palpitations and it’s literal hell. everyone tells me it’s just in my head tho idk. they Found something on my ekg recently but they think it’s nothing but finally got me the testing. Hoping yours comes back normal

I had a portable ecg but when I felt palpitations had to get it out and place my fingers in it ! Waste of time because the palpitations had gone by the time i did that !!

This is me I had to go and get one! It’s so bad isn’t it my fear is my heart too every day I think I’m having a heart attack and just attend a&e😖😖awful wouldn’t wish it on anyone! Xx
