@ntforge: Here's a 10" clip point wrench knife I forged and ground! I actually forged this knife last week, but I'm just now getting to editing the video. This video starts after the forging has been completed, to highlight the grinding, hardening, finishing, sharpening, and etching steps of the knifemaking process. This 10" OAL size (made from a 12" adjustable Crescent-style wrench) is the largest knife I offer in my standard wrench knife lineup. Answers to a few FAQs: The machine used in most of these steps is a 2HP 2X72 belt sander with a 36 grit ceramic belt. My maker's mark is etched with electrolysis, using a 12v DC current running through saltwater. After the hardening and tempering process, the hardened portion of these knives have a hardness of 56-59 HRC. #knives #knifemaking #forged #foryoupage #sanding
