Maybe you should work with a different type of patient. Looks like she has dementia or something similar. Sad. I hope I’ll be able to care for my family in that situation, so they’re not treated like this.

Some that have dementia do not know better!!! My mom had it and I took care of her.

Hold her old bony hand a minute...you can wash or sanitize em afterwards. Or better yet pump some sanitizer into your hands and rub it into hers. The human touch can be the healing touch. I sure hope someone will hold mine when I'm old and scared and forgetting who I am day by day.
