breaststroke doesn't work, I tried and gave up after 10 minutes. anyway I am getting a coach to teach me front crawl and will try again.

can I train for an iron man using my cube bike and just borrow/rent a proper bike for the race, or is it to different with the thing of leaning forward on a proper bike
