Hey Rosie ☺️I worked in a pharmacy for years. There's plenty of things here in Ireland for blocked nose (including sudafed) but the best spray is Otrivine sinusitis relief. It's brilliant and over the counter too. Then actifed tablets by night (drowsy effect though).
