Crispy Beef Tortilla Rolls🤍 For the beef mixture: • Ground beef • A handful of chopped parsley • A handful of chopped cilantro • 1 onion, grated and squeezed well to remove the excess liquid • 2 tsp paprika • 1 tsp salt • Black pepper, to taste • A little Baharat or Ras el Hanout (optional) • A drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil Mix and knead everything together really well. Spread a thin, even layer of the beef mixture over each tortilla, covering the whole surface. Roll it up tightly, slice into rounds, and thread the pieces onto skewers as shown in the video. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil or avocado oil. Bake at 400°F until the beef is fully cooked and the tortillas are golden and crispy around the edges.
