Not post office but we voted to join the union at my job ,,,,.company appealed it and lost ….company proceeded to ignore union for 19 months until NLRB ruled they had to negotiate 😂😂😂😂😂these companies ain’t 💩

Bruh my supervisor didn’t even tell me I made regular. My coworkers did. And the mail processing office clerk is the one that called me and told me I got my bid. Because my supervisor (not the same one) refused to tell me I got it. “Oh I don’t know I have to check.” Management is the worse.

Most people refuse to speak on the toxicity of the USPS. The Postal service is a narcissistic place to work. Management are the most uneducated people in the Post Office. Management cannot train employees or know how to perform the jobs or the requirements of the job.
