We started sleep training at 11 weeks the most she ever cried was 3 minutes the very first time then she would just wine for a few minutes and fall asleep. Did this for 3 days. She is now 15 weeks falls asleep within a minute without fussing or anything just gets comfy and falls asleep on her own. Sleeps 9-10 hrs every night takes a bottle then sleeps for another 2 hrs. Before this we were waking every 3 hrs she would sip 1 oz and we would be up rocking her for up to 2 hrs every single time she woke up. And naps were non existent even contact naps it took 45 mins of rocking / bouncing for her to fall asleep just to wake up the second you’d put her down. Yeah sleep training not only saved our sanity but she is muchhhhhh happier now that she is well rested

I feed my baby if she starts the fall asleep I finish feeding then burp her make sure she’s awake and then lay her down, she puts her self to sleep within minutes. I did nothing special maybe I just have and amazing baby lol. We were in the thick of it for about 2 weeks she was up every 2 hours.

My baby is just over three months and has been sleeping for 9-10 hour stretches over the night for weeks now and I’m terrified that’s suddenly going to change. 😅

My baby is three months old and sleeps between 20:00-21:00 and since 3-4 nights, my baby wakes up at around 2 am but before, slept for 8-10 hrs. So I should not feed when my baby wakes up? What happens when waking up is lot of movements with hands and feet and snapping sound coming from his mouth like being hungry.

Do you go by real age or adjusted age? Our twin boys were born 6 weeks early

Do you recommend doing nights and naps at the same time? Or nights first and naps later?

I started sleep training at about one month and baby quickly learned to self soothe sucking her thumb. She always does this now to go to sleep. Sometimes she will cry but it’s usually 5 min or less then sucks thumb and falls alsleep. I don’t rock her or anything. Just a big hug and kiss and put her in her crib. She is now three months and I’m praying the 9-11 hours sleep at night lasts lol. I limit her daytime sleep to about 4-5 hrs split into 3-4 naps during the day. I also do not let her sleep during what’s supposed to be a wake window I keep her stimulated.

Does 11 weeks count? I thought the sleep regression was based on a growth spurt and would progress back but it’s been almost a week

So 3 months is okay to sleep train? He turned 3 months on the 3rd and what we used to work to get him to sleep doesn’t anymore and he fights bed time for a lonngggg time

Can the sleep regression only impact naps or will it guarantee impact nighttime too?

currently 15 weeks, naps are short and not connecting and monitor says she wakes up multiple times throughout the night but doesn't make a peep, guessing she puts herself back to sleep? Does this count as the 4 month sleep regression or can it get worse?

What if we’ve always had 2 night feeds? And baby always takes full feed? How do you know how and when to drop?
