I constantly have to refill the copier at work because no one else does it. I am tempted to load the ream of paper as in the photo and then wait to see how many people try to use the printer without figuring it out.

At least they knew they needed to put paper in the paper tray. Now they just need to learn to take the paper out of the wrapping before they put it in the tray. Unfortunately it may take several more visits, and possibly the development of a few bald spots, before they've learnt.

I don’t get it, why would you be so mad for an easy fix, it could have been something that might take you the whole day, and still is your responsibility and you have to solve it. Even if it means you have to go to the office just for that. I’m so happy when my clients ask me to fix something that is easy to fix, when the fix is complex and takes time, that ruins my day because is time I’m not using in another stuff

when they claim to have tried restarting the computer but the runtime proves they're lying is possibly one of the most annoying things I've had to deal with as IT... That and when the computer won't turn on, because it's not plugged in/it's turned off at the plug... 😭😂
