Maybe your avoidant ex will think about you more once you stop chasing, texting, checking in, explaining yourself, and making it easy for them to keep you emotionally available without actually choosing you. But do not break no contact just to find out. Because every time you reach back toward someone who chose distance, you interrupt your own healing to soothe the anxiety created by their absence.
