Yes, I hate my family so much because my mom is far away from me, and here, it feels like I’m the one who gets blamed and ordered around for everything. Even when other people are the ones who make mistakes, I’m the one who gets scolded. I receive all the hurtful words just so everyone can be okay. But honestly, they never really are. It really is different when you have a complete family. It doesn’t only hurt knowing that I’m living with my grandparents, uncles, and aunts—it hurts even more because all the anger they have toward my mom is taken out on me. Of course, it hurts. My mom is the person who should have been there to give me everything I’m missing right now, but I’ve been living without those things for so long that maybe this is just how my life will be. Even a little love and care from my guardians and parents—I don’t feel like I’ve ever truly received it, not even a little. And that’s all I can share for now because I honestly don’t understand my life anymore. I don’t even know if there’s still something waiting for me in the future.
