It’s very disappointing to me that companies use systems like this and don’t try to incentivize their workers by saying if they have under a certain amount of points maybe they can get a raise or a bonus. It’s just very much focusing on the company over the worker.

It’s gonna go down to favoritism, Walmart has a point system as well and you don’t get automatically fired if the coaches/TL like you they’ll remove your points
