as a woman and mother I completely agree with you, the whole system is a shambles! do I think the dad should pay? of course BUT only a flat rate and only if the dad is seeing the kid/kids. if you stop the dad seeing them then you shouldn't be entitled!

Ladies, you can still claim child maintenance from the father who lives abroad by applying under REMO agreement ( Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders). You do not need a solicitor to claim the money the children are entitled to.

My kid will remember that despite ALL of my sacrifices, i still paid his mum monthly, to have access to my kid. My kids now 14 and knows enough. Trust me lads, the kids realise who the problem is eventually!
