i HATE the ukg app. the formatting is so weird and i feel like mytime was so much easier to navigate, i also think you can’t see what you’ll be doing for your shift anymore either, for example i’m in style so it would say like FR for fitting rooms or PF for priorities

People already go points at my store from calling out apparently . Also if you wanna update your availability, you have to go to > MANAGE MY SCHEDULE > CHANGE MY AVAILABILITY > click on the calendar ( it will always start 2 weeks from now) > click FOREVER > CLICK NEXT> THE SELECT DAYS YOU WANNA WORK OR THE DAYS YOULL BE UNAVAILABLE. NOTE: if you had a set availability before hand, that availability should still be active, it’ll show you the old availability you had as well. Then you click review & I believe that’s it. I hate the app btw.

Desired hours are gone now, it’s now just max and min hours. My ETL HR showed all TMs how to set that but RIP desired hours

They switched to UKG because Kronos ended support for WFC which is the software MyTime used. They had until December because the app support was entirely discontinued. So target had literally no say in switching apps, they HAD to switch or have no time tracking and scheduling app

okay i figured out the desired hours!! just go to hit settings and then work preferences then you can set your min and max hours you want!!
