For everyone asking: I can’t post the original video because the audio isn’t clear. Everyone was talking so loudly, trying to understand what her issue was. We came to the park for a family event with a group of 30+ people, and it happened to be prayer time. When she saw the men praying in a line, she walked directly in front of them and started pacing back and forth, shouting slurs, calling them “pigs,” and saying she had the right to call the police. The women from our family approached her to ask what was going on, and she repeatedly told us, “I’ve lived here for 40 years. You’re not allowed to do this.” We could hear her talking to the police on speakerphone, telling them that we were harassing her, when we were simply asking her to stop being disrespectful and making racist comments toward us. She came back and continued saying a bunch of things that were difficult to hear, then waited for the police to arrive. When the officers got there, she told them that we had been harassing, threatening, and scaring her and that she was “fearing for her life.” The police said it was a he said, she said situation and essentially told both sides to respect each other. Then they let her off with a warning.
