They wouldn’t have approved a marketing budget of this size for brand recognition unless there was a product or big development around the corner. The timing for fall football before mid terms and possible passage of regulations is smart. They’re primary marketing effort is brand recognition of XRP. More buyers of XRP means Ripples balance sheet goes up.
