🍝 Baked Salmon Feta Pasta Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets
200 g feta cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
150 g baby spinach
250 g pasta, cooked Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F. Place all the ingredients into a baking dish. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the tomatoes are soft. Flake the salmon with a fork and mix it together with the feta and tomatoes until creamy. Add the spinach to the hot baking dish and let it wilt for 2–3 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together. If the sauce is too thick, stir in a few tablespoons of the reserved pasta water. enjoy 🩷
