If you're making a makeshift pad, try using a clean cotton shirt or similar cloth. You can rip it, layer it, and shape it into a rectangle. Hope this helps anyone in need, its what i do. ❣️

you can also try to get period panties / a cloth pad so you can wash them instead of buy more single use stuff to do it yourself, but i know those can be expensive to save for, but it’s something to think about to make this experience a little easier for you honey ♥️
