@_ausmad: Replying to @Ava Welsing-Kitcher most yoga mat towels are sweat activated so you have to start sweating first before it stays in one place and actually works. if i don’t have a spray bottle nearby sometimes i just use water from my water bottle 🤍 hope this helps!
