pre internet.. my mom was a narcissist, my father a rageaholic.. i was beaten often. after decades of my mom's abuse..plus her cruelness over the death of my first born son and accidental death of my partner of 13 years.. i told her as far as she's concerned i died. i want no contact.. that lasted 15months. i broke my silence... later it was me who cared for her 24/7 when she got aggressive bone cancer. she lived over a year under my care, outlived her drs predictions. i could anticipate her every need. grateful for that year+ with her and making peace before she passed.

I lost both parents on the 13th of the months and life has never been the sam, I’m still young living life without them. If you still have one or both parents alive be thankful to God.
