Allah Ta'ala will forgive you for your short comings in the religion. But when you have harmed someone or did not fulfill their rights such as parents then this is where justice will be served. The individual whose rights you did not fulfill can actually on that day decide not to forgive you and take your good deeds of you as compensation which can tip your scales towards jahanam. Allah Ta'ala is just otherwise there is no point in judgement day and people will live their lives carefree not worried about accountability.

Ive been kicked out of my parent's house, my mother made the food and milk given to me since a baby Haram and all sorts of bad duas made to me just because of something my parents thought i did but actually didn't. Now ive been disowned by my parents because i didnt visit them when actually i was sick and in the hospital. Every night i go to bed worrying if Allah will punish me due to my parents bad duas to me.
