@ashleybrookecohen: So the Snapple Island Ferry comedy show seems like a great idea until the website keeps crashing which makes it impossible for anyone to use it. Like they should know that hundreds, maybe thousands of people are trying to get tickets at the same time - there needs to be better infrastructure. Or make it like how the Public theater handles the free Shakespeare in the Park tickets where there’s an online lottery but also an in person option for waiting in line.
