@parkerbrown.wx: Hurricane Lowell with now effect the Hawaii islands within the next few days as tropical storm winds will be expected on Ni’Ihau and Kauai. Thankfully the brunt of the hurricane will miss Hawaii to the west. We are still watching the Pacific as the El Niño pattern brings a lot of storms near Hawaii.
