But bodybuilders have empty gym muscles made from dumbbells and barbells. Blue collar workers constantly lift awkward shapes all day and trains the whole body which transitions into the gym, it doesn’t work the other way around. 😂😂😂

"No blue collar worker is lifting hundreds of pounds for hours on end".....um yes we do. I've had several jobs just working lifting weight constantly. When I did in ground pools I had to lift 7.5 tons of cement throught an 8 hour day.
