hey, gonads- what produce gametes- are not part of either pathway. so you can have 1 without the other. ovaries and testes are derived from the same tissue. so there are people with ovaries, with no female reproductive tract, and there are people with the opposite, no developed gonads but have a reproductive tract. so you're using 2 contradictory definitions simultaneously..either gonads decide: in which case the first person is a woman, and the 2nd is not, or the reproductive tract decides, in which case the first is not a woman but the second is.

You can't ascribe intention or "built around" to bodies that don't have those attributes. There are, in fact, humans who have no pathway. This is why cluster categories are used to identify the sex and sex is distinct, though correlated, to gender in most cases.

That is actually false. It is the ovaries that produced eggs, not Mullerian structures and the ovaries develop from a different point of origin. They are not part of the Müllerian duct. Ovaries/eggs are what determine the female sex and Mulllerian structures develop as a support function for the eggs. I feel you are kind of cooking the books on spreading accurate information so you can protect women who don’t produce eggs. That is admirable, but you’re not actually helping you’re just confusing people in teaching them inaccurate ways of understanding the female body. Please don’t do that.
