That's bunch of BS this judge is wrong as hell and be removed from the bench. If both parents want end the child support then she has to stop it. It's not up to her to put her personal feelings or thoughts into it.

Constitution Article 3 section 2 clause 2 says when the State is a party in your case then it has to go to the original jurisdiction which is the supreme court. States have no jurisdiction or authority when the State is the plaintiff
