Ben :
$120-240/day revenue/day (40-80 miles of rides)
Tesla takes 1/3 for -($40-80)
If it drives 150 miles/day, thats almost 5,000 miles a month, which is about 20 charges a month, about $8/charge so -$160. Battery gets like 500 charge cycles before it drops to 80% capacity. So it should be good for atleast 25 months, or about 2 years, with reduced range and probably down to 50% after 5 years, reducing total mile capacity per day. Tire replacements every 30,000 miles if driving in city traffic with alot of stop and go. So new tires every 6 months for about $1,200, so -$200/mo. Probably -$400/mo for commercial insurance. Roughly -$760/mo in costs. At about $100/day for $3,000/mo revenue.
Roughly $2,300k profit per month for the first year, easily paying for itself in about 13 months. Really good ROI if my calculations are even reasonably close to reality.
