Got diagnosed today. Been feeling awful for a week with nerve pain in my arm and wrist, and now have two sets of blisters at the site of the pain. Taking meds now. Been tired but it’s manageable, just want to sleep.

You have probably pop up on my page as I’ve been googling shingles, my shoulder blade has been burning & painful.. intense itch but absolutely nothing there.. for 3 days or so .. generally feeling drained

I had shingles at 18. It was horrible. My immune system took ages to get back to normal. I also had lasting nerve problems on the left side of my ribs

I get shingles on and off all the time. Same place every time. Was told it’s stress related and ease my stress 😂 easier said than done. Also been diagnosed with endo and adenomyosis few months ago so wonder if flares can cause it to come back again time and time again
