Animal Style Sheet Pan Quesadillas OG creator: @Audrey Ingredients for macro-friendly swap: 8 keto tortillas 1 lb 90/10 Ground beef (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder) 1 cup sliced onion, pan seared 9 Borden Fat Free American cheese slices 1 tbsp light butter (for lining the baking sheet) Animal-style sauce (macro-friendly): 2 tbsp Light Mayo 2 tbsp Ketchup 2 tbsp Mustard 2 tbsp relish 2 tbsp white vinegar Steps: Caramelize onions in olive oil. Season and brown ground beef. Mix sauce ingredients. Brush butter on pan, layer tortillas, beef, cheese & onions. Brush with sauce, fold tortillas over. Cover with another pan & bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes (keep an eye on them!). Cut & serve with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & remaining sauce.
