idk where this is but expect alligators. the only reason this was created was because that area floods guaranteed. the builders here are destroying all the land parrish is demolished and they are putting in "lagoons" to cover the fact that area is a flooded swamp

I'm not positive but I think you have to live there when it was first put there I used to go collect all the coconuts before the landscapers got them and the gates were open then now there all locked
