I first started making these slow feed bowls because I was tired of my dog eating from plastic, and they have worked SO well. I also love all the different sizes and colors I’ve begun making! This size is the large, and it is currently the biggest size I offer. Here I show you how the large bowl looks with 1, 2, 3, and 4 cups of food! Although the bowl holds 4 cups max, you may even be drawn to it for 2 or 3 cups, simply because the food is separated a little more than in smaller bowls. I think it’s also important to note that if your dog does eat 4+ cups of food, this bow holds 4 cups to the brim of the bowl. That means not all of the food will sit down in the bowl/be separated fully until the dog starts eating a little more of it from the top. Would this now be too big or too small for your doggo?
