Dealership car maintainence is honestly worth the money, OEM parts are gaurenteed and if anything goes wrong they are more likely to help you out even if the car is outside of warranty especially for premium/luxury cars, my dad has an Acura SUV and my mom has a BMW SUV and I tell them to only take both SUVs to the dealership, I'm looking at BMW sedans for myself and intend to do the same, if maintainence cost is an issue I'd suggest looking at cheaper lower-maintainence cars

Do not buy a base model luxury car, but at least the 2nd or 3rd trim level (Cayenne S, Macan S, etc). Find a good independent shop that specializes in that car brand, not just a generic local shop.
