Ik everyone is making jokes but fr a krispy kreme donut is only 190 calories and caramelizing it doesn't add any extra calories. And if you put a scoop of some low cal ice cream like halo top that's an extra 100 calories. So you'd get this dessert for only like 300 calories which is honestly not bad for a dessert. So theoretically this IS a weight loss recipe lmaooo (depending on your deficit ofc)
