I have PCOS and neuropathy in my feet diagnosed neuropathy about four years ago. I do not have diabetes. but I do know I’m sugar resistant with that cause this problem.

The Nerve that goes from my inner to backside thigh all the way down to my feet. Had tingling and numbness but has gone mostly away but i feel it more when sitting. Mostly feel it around the back of my knee down to my toes. Is that bad?

I had B12 definitely 9 moth ago, after supplementing it goes away. Now tingling in arm and leg comes back despite I take B12. But now I have Joint swelling on one Hand from Osteoarthritic and overworking. Is it possible that weight lifting has triggered a Osteoarthritic flare up that cause the tingling in feet and hands? Or is the healing from the B12 Deficiency from last Year isn’t complete? I don’t feel numbness, or balance problems, but tingling or slightly burning.

Thanks for these explaination. I did backpain surgery L5-S1 in 2023 herniated disc , pain vanished not tingling 😢I cannot tiptoe and my feet always tingling day and night nothing work nor kine or exercises I gave up
