Try the reusable underwear instead of the diapers, they feel like regular underwear once they are on and to clean them you just rinse until the water runs clear and wash them in the washing machine. Air dry. Thinx makes a teen line and they start at size 8/10 I believe. Unless she has a wildly heavy period one pair should last her from morning until evening.

I recommend these ever since I started using them I’ve been in loveee. They feel like there nothing in your pants & are thin but rlly do hold a lot. My mom woukd get my sister the thick pad until she tried mine n kept stealing them. She has a heavier flow n doesn’t have an issue. I recommend bc ik at 10 this feel so uncomfy 😫

Forgo the period diapers and get period underwear. Im 26, and wish I had been using this my whole life for better sleep. I have 9 pairs so I can change them comfortably 2-3 times a day, rinse in the sink, and then wash on gentle at the end of my cycle. You can use them by themselves on light days, or with pads/tampons on heavier days and then you dont worry about leaks. I wore the diapers a few years in my sleep and hated how sweaty and clamy I got

I completely understand what you meant by “grown women shit” it’s been proven that girls are starting their periods a looot earlier. I didnt start until middle school. & there are wipes they sell for down there that say specifically “PH Balanced” make sure you’re using those! They have a few different ones, look in the area near the pads at DT for them! 🩷
