40 very brave people who decided to do everything they could to stop the hijackers. They knew the Towers were hit and that this wasn't a simple hijacking. The last we hear on the plane's black box were the passengers who armed themselves with whatever they could find. They were using a foodcart to break into the cockpit. They almost made it. It was enough that the hijackers were scared, jerked the plane to throw off the passengers, then dive down. They hit the ground going over 525 mph in Shanksville, Pennsylvania at 10:03 am The courage of those on Flight 93 was incredible.

the plane went over my house in ohio. it was very low, loud and slow. I'll never forget 🙏

This is more powerful and beautiful in person.. i live 40 mins from here .. taking the walk along the walkway by the crash site and reading the heroic victims bios and seeing their pictures is a feel in itself…
