easiest way to clean silver jewelry is just taking aluminum foil, dump some baking soda in it, put ur jewelry in it, then pour boiling hot water on it. its better than brushing w a toothbrush bc the bristles could scratch the silver. the baking soda method wont scratch the silver AND it only takes a minite bc you literally just need to leave ur jewelry in the (what i like to call) potion for like ten seconds. quick and easy and potentially less damaging. here is a before and after pic of my tiffany silver bracelet after using the baking soda aluminum foil method

guys only ketchup works too . put ketchup on the jewelery leave it for an hour or two or if it's really bad leave it for half a day and it's good as new

Im not gonna say it doesnt work, but a much safer method that works very well is buying the cleaning kit from Pandora, that comes with a brush, cleaning cloth and solution. You do the same exact steps minus the baking soda and finish off with the polish cloth. Your jewelry will look brand new, not scratched and not whitened by the baking soda, cause it can actually remove some of the silver. It happened to me and I regretted it afterwards
