Listen I’m fine with combining them just so the next Battinson movie gets done, but just keep Batman or his movies from being anything but thrillers or mystery movies. Give Batman the aura he deserves.

I definitely don’t think it’s gonna happen. One of the biggest reasons is Robert himself. We have to be completely honest, Pattinson probably is not gonna want to be tied to the DCU for like 20+ years. He’s not that type of actor.

If they just say that the Batman takes place in 2015-2016 and then do a 10 year timeskip and have an established batfamily with Damian Wayne as Robin or do a shorter time skip with Tim Drake as Robin

This is the last thing I want to happen. I enjoyed how different The Batman was to everything else we’ve been getting. I enjoyed having a self contained solo movie for once that didn’t feel like it was sacrificing storytelling opportunities to set up some future movie. Why are they so against having two Batman running concurrently?
