@cindy.a.phillips: I literally was saying this last week. I talked to a friend about fiercely protecting yourself like you would a child or friend or pet. Why are we not taught to protect ourselves as someone of top priority? I don't know anyone who was. I'm sure there are some parents who teach it and it's never too late to start. Protect. Defend. Respect And love yourself as the blessing from God that you are. And I love these little drawings. Look closely at the frog protecting its inner child.
