I mean that intersection is wild from 3-6 pm m-f also we have 2-3 of that and from 215 to bangerter on California ave there’s 3 and a fourth 1/4-1/2 mile down 3200w so 4 in a square mile

its so people dont have to make a left hand turn to get to their location. believe it or not there are in fact people that will not turn into convenience stores if its on the left because they know theres another down the street that is a right hand turn instead. so to beat out the competition they just put 2 of the same store across from eachother.

to me its pretty fxkng smart why would you let your competition build a petro station right next to you and to ve honest mavericks are superior to any other station there selection and warn food is way better and I hope they dont switch there pop machines to those new ones that pump all flavors to one line

tgey catch traffic from both sides...if it was one by itself, they'd lose it on the many people who are NOT gonna double back just to stop there...its about convenience...you know that first part of "convenience store"
